Diet is an essential part of providing our bodies with the energy we need to work and exercise, and the nutrients required to repair body tissues. Getting the right energy balance

People give different reasons for not exercising or not doing enough exercise! There are
some factors that can make participating in physical activity more difficult such as: location
and travel requirements, lack of access to facilities, cost of classes or equipment and time.

However, try not to exercise too late as this will have the opposite effect and mean you’re to
energised to sleep because of the release of serotonin and endorphins.
Why is Recreational Drugs important for Lifestyle choices?
Recreation drugs are split into two categories legal and illegal. Legal drugs include caffeine found in tea, coffee and energy drinks, nicotine from smoking and ethanol more commonly known as alcohol.
Why is Smoking important for Lifestyle choices?
The addictive ingredient in cigarettes is nicotine. Nicotine is a stimulant that raises
alertness. As nicotine is an addictive drug the longer someone smokes for the more addicted they become.
Why is important is Alcohol for Life style ?
While caffeine is a stimulant which makes you more alert, alcohol is a depressant it slows
your reactions down and alters the way you see, hear, move, and respond to things. A small
amount of alcohol can make you feel more relaxed and less anxious
