Planes are theoretical divisions that divide the human body into sections.
What is the Definition for planes
An Imaginary flat surface that divides the body in sections.
What are Sagittal planes?
The Sagittal planes divides the body into left and right ,resulting in a left and right side.
What is movement is found in a Sagittal planes
Flexion and Extension ( Foward and Backwards).
Definition of Sagittal planes
An imaginary Line dividing the vertically into left and right sides.

Adduction and Abduction (sidewards).
