What is a soft tissue injury?
Movement outside of their normal range of motion.
What is a sprain? One symptom.
A sprain is a damaged ligament.
One symptom is imediate swelling
What is a strain?
A strain is a twist, pull or tear of a muscle or a tendon.

Dmage to cartilage often occurs due to wear and tear from long term overuse

A fracture is a broken or cracked bone There are several types: Stress fractures Compound fractures In closed Simple fracture

What is dislocation?
A dislocation is when a bone at a joint is forced out of it’s normal position.
What is abrasion?
Abrasion or grzes can be cause by friction of the skin against a rough surface.
What is a concussion?
Concussion is an injury normally causes by a blow to the head and can happen in many sports
