Patient A presents with visceral chest pain, travelling down left arm, jaw and shoulder. Breathlessness.
Unstable angina
Patient presents with Cyanosis, weak pulse, confusion, exertion.
Life threatening asthma
Patient presents with wheezing, breathlessness, sputum, chronic cough, infections.
COPD
Patient presents with some hair loss, weight gain, tired, not looking there self, goitre, large tongue, puffy face.
Hypothyroidism
Patient presents with oral candidosis, dry mouth, difficult to manage their perio disease, thirsty, frequent unirnation, increased apatite, weight loss.
Diabetes
Patient presents with being confused, a little bit out of it, slurring speech, a drooping face.
Stroke
Patient presents with crushing chest pain, vomiting, nausea, breathlessness, cold and clammy, pulse may be weak.
Myocardial infarction
Patient presents with sweating, hunger, confusion, ‘pins and needle’ in lips, palpitation, unconsciousness.
Hypoglycaemia
Patient presents with yawning, low BP, nausea, feeling faint, muscluar twitching
Syncope
Patient presents with flushing and swelling of the face, itching, rash present, difficulty breathing, rapid pulse
Anaphylaxic shock
Patient presents with swelling of the legs
Breathlessness when lying flat
Heart pump failure
