- increased urine osmolality
- normal ACTH and cortisol

Treatment of SIADH?
A
- tx underlying cause
- fluid restrictions
- 3% hypertonic soln for low serum Na/osmolality
- Salt tablets (mild/asymptomatic)
- loop diuretic
