  • Acromion projected laterally and no superimposition
  • Coracoid superimposed or projected below clavicle
  • Used to evaluate for separated shoulder
  • Anterior dislocation= Humeral head is beneath coracoid process
  • Posterior dislocation= Humeral head is beneath acromion process
