- 10 posterior ribs visible above diaphragm
- Costephrenic angles and apices seen
- Sternal ends of clavicles are equidistant fromvertebral column

- Superimposition of ribs posterior to vertebral column
- No rotation or leaning

- No arm or soft tissue overlapping
- Hilum in the center

- Include pubic symphysis or entire pubic bone
