- pseudoparalysis
- rapid pulse
- swining fever
Kocher Criteria

- pain at rest, on movement

3, culture - synovial fluid analysis ~3-4 days

u/s - joint effusion, widening of joint space
x-ray- slight sublixation, widening joint space
mri - sternoclavicular, sacroiliac joint (obscure joint?)

Treatment
A
- supportive
- anelgesic
- hydration - splintage
- joint disclocation - drainafw
- arthroscopic - antibiotics
