A
Complex surrounding blood supply
Common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve

Mechanism of injury
A
Anterior: Hyperextension (Usually limited by extensor mechanism, vascular less likely to be injured)
Posterior: Axial load to flexed knee (popliteal commonly injured)
Lateral: Valgus or varus force
Rotary: Rarest

A
- On site: splint knee extension, avoid analgesia
- ED: Closed reduction
3 OT: Closed or open?
delay why? arthrofibrosis if repair early???
