Treatment

  1. Non-operative (first line)
    - total contact cast, TCC (2-4 months)
    - Charcoat restraint orthotic walker (CROW)
    - Shoe modification
    - biphosphate (inhibit bone resorption)
  2. Operative (Stage 3)
    - exostectomy
    - arthrodesis
    - amputation
