Papules, pustules, erythema WITH NO COMEDONES ie not a disease of the pilosebaceous unit
Prominent facial flushing exacerbated by sudden change in temp
Enlarged / unshapely nose ( rhinopyma)
Telangiectasia
Conjunctivitis

Avoid triggering factors : sun exposure, topical steroids, spicy food
Topical therapies - metronidazole, ivermectin
Oral therapy : tetracycline, isotretinon
