A
White reticular network of buccal mucosa ( wickhams straie)
Nails - longitudinal ridges
Really itchy
Lasts 12-18 months before burning out

Treatment
A
- check for drug cause*
Emollients
Topical steroids or oral if extensive
UVA or UVB phototherapy
