I’d like to tell you about another innovation from Travelers that is tied to an existing, frequently-used resource.
What Is It?
The existing resource is our Risk Control Portal and the innovation is the mobile version called Risk Toolworks. It’s available free via App Store or Google play. It has over 1,000 safety resources including training, self-assessments and guidance documents. 90% of what’s in there is free - available to you no matter how many policies and types of policies you have.
Who Uses It?
Anyone that may want to access the risk control portal to leverage the services of their carrier. Log in with your portal I.D. to get initial access and you can use your fingerprint to access going forward. (how to gain access to the portal: Risk Control Consultants can pre-register customers who will then get an automated email - we have created their user name, they have to create their own passwords. Or, users can set this up themselves by going to travelers.com, creating their own user name and password (need policy #)). (Our agents should go through MyAgents for things on the web portal but not for this - use the app).
Why Use It?
Quick, at your fingertips resource to help with risk control needs: awareness of exposures, understanding hazards and how to control them. Task Manager: Many risk managers do not have a way of getting individuals to do things in a structured manner. Now, can put due date and tasks in Task Manager - you create accountability. Ability to assign tasks to others and track the status. Self-assessments: every company has an opportunity to improve by using self-assessments. We give you the links to get the solutions implemented. Training: You have access to many webinar replays used to enhance acumen of individuals in HR, Risk Mgmt, etc. The supervisor talk topics are in here in English and Spanish. Also have access to streaming videos.
