Travelers can help – all that we need is pictures and videos of the situation that you send securely to us – then, we can engage specialists to quickly ID what is causing the injuries and what actions you can take to improve. If you were to wait for an ergonomics specialist to be available to go on site, you could have to wait weeks whereas we can do it in days. We can address both industrial and office ergo and many other issues.

It’s like a consulting service but you are getting it through travelers. Access to subject matter experts. Examples: industrial hygienists, ergonomics specialists, property specialists, fleet specialists, products specialists.

Most common use is ergo, whether industrial or office. Use this BEFORE employees have discomfort or just expressing discomfort. Doesn’t always have to be resolved by buying new equipment, sometimes it can be addressed by moving things on workstation. You are already paying the carrier premium - you might as well use the service.

If they are a current policyholder and on a preventive basis they reach out, we will answer.
