- Spirometry and Bronchodilator Reversibility
- Then: will need to do FeNO: for adults different, need to do both.

Difference in management between haemodynamically stable and haemodynamically unstable PE?
A
- Haemodynamically stable? DOACs eg. Rivaroxaban
- unstable: Massive PE+ hypotension= then Thrombolyse
- if recurrent PE’s, despite anticoagulation= Inferior Vena Cava filters
