  • lower limb weakness
  • sensory changes: sensory loss and numbness
  • relevant neurological signs

Inv: urgent MRI within 24 hours of presentation

Mx: high dose oral dexamethasone
also: urgent oncological assessment for consideration of radiotherapy or surgery
