If it has a pH of 7 it could be pure however we don’t know so do another thing

Weigh empty evaporating basin on a balance

Place basin with water above a Bunsen burner to gently heat it unt8l its evaporated

Once it’s fully evaporated leave basin to cool
Weigh it a again
If it contained any salts or dissolved solids the mass would have increased
