Dx for Gestational trophoblastic disease (Molar pregnancy)
Uterine size and date discrepancies
Markedly elevated HcG >100,000
Pelvic ultrasound shows central heterogenous mass with multiple discrete anechoic spaces that look like snowstorm or cluster of grapes appearance.
First 14 days, the endometrium thickens under the influence of estrogen. In the ovaries, a dominant follicle matures leading to ovulation.

Tx for adenomyosis
Total abdominal hysterectomy.
Patient with a prior c-section presents with a fever, tachycardia, abdominal pain, and uterine tenderness 2-3 days after her c-section.

Clindamycin + Gentamicin
