inflammation, 50+, bursa/tendon pain, treat with steroids, risk for temporal arteritis,
disease progression
unknown> inflam> RF factors/immune complex> synovitis attack cartilage and bone
early synovium
hyperplastic, hypertrophic, fibrillar, T cells, proteinases
late synovium
Mphage, ILB, TNF, lymphocytes, T cells, CD4 helper cells, angiogenesis, panes, eroded bone
