=larger progress more, thoracic often largest> pulmonary issues. Amount of growth left maters

exercise, brace (20/25degrees), surgery (avoid lumbar fusion)
kyphosis
occurs at any age,
adult kyphosis
degeneration, fracture, trauma, spond
adolescent kyphosis
schuurmann disease
herniation often occurs at
L5/s1, decreased ankle reflex, dorsolateral sensation change, gastroc/peroneal weakness
