Explain your leadership potential
Already managed large projects and small teams and gotten the job done as discussed in my previous job role. Numerous pairs and team competitions with crossfit.
Explain your capability and versatility
I’ve had varied job roles in one field that has allowed me to apply my knowledge in lots of different contexts. This interview; i’ve been given a bit of information by yourself but had to independently research and seek out knowledge.
Explain your pride
I like to think I’ve come here fairly well dressed today. I always give my best which has caused me to receive raises and promotions / extra responsibilities at work and i can be trusted to get the job done. Always give my best in training / at competitions, even if i don’t come first i like to know I’ve done my best.
Explain your courage
I think anyone that even considers giving their life to the forces has a lot of courage. I have a comfortable job and home life and a long term relationship. I’m putting stress on all of those. Calculated risk - worth it!
Explain your fitness
Physical Fitness. Crossfit, powerlifting, etc. Have done “mock tests” and passed the standards numerous times.
Explain your motivation
I’ve spent days of my time online preparing for this interview and making sure if i have the most up to date information. If you could see the whiteboard in my shed and all of my notes at home, i think that would prove this point.
