Summarise JROC phase 1.
Phase one teaches and develops independent military skills such as weapons handling and navigation.
Summarise JROC phase 2.
Phase two will focus on commanding men up to section level and provide an introduction to squadron level command. Section is about 8 men, flight about 30.
Summarise JROC phase 3.
Phase 3 rolls phase 1 and 2 together and culminates in a live firing exercise that the junior officer must organise and control. EX Fury
