normal CXR does not rule out because 30% of FB aspirations have normal imagining.

• Diminished breath shouts/ wheezing over affected lung field
• Not responsive to albuterol

Occurs in children 6months to 5yrs. Present with cyanosis or pallor following physical or emotional distress.
