Initial workup for urinary incontinence (any type)
Urinary retention
Infection
Primary nocturnal enuresis
Urinary incontinence in children age >5 who have never achieved nighttime dryness and have no underlying medical conditions
Management primary nocturnal enuresis
Initial: behavioral modification
Enuresis alarms
Pharmacotherapy with desmopressin
