A
inability to the heart to pump blood leading to fluid build up in the pulmonary arteries

- SOB when lying flat
- wheeze
- cough with frothy pink sputum

- CXR (alveolar bat’s wings, Kerley B lines, cardiomegaly, dilated prominent upper lobe vessels, pleural effusion)
- pulse oximetry
- ABG
