- recurrent chest infection
- persistent sputum and chest pain

- high resolution chest CT (show dilatation bronchi)
- signet ring sign
- chronic bronchial sepsis common

- lifestyle (exercise helps with mucus clearance)
- airway clearance therapy e.g. postural drainage
- bronchodilator
- vaccine
- antibiotics when exacerbations
