St 1-2 : petechies, echymoses : pas de ttt surveillance FS/j
St3-4 : atteinte muqueuses : epistaxis, hematurie, severité++
Ttt: ig iv 1g/kg/j + prednisone 2mg/kg/j iv
St 5: hemorragie retinienne ou cerebrale
Ttt: ig et corticottt

Si buchanan <3 et plq<10: PREDNISONE 4mg/kgx4j ou IG 1g/kg iv
