A
- 30 years old
- c/o bleeding gingivae and pain on hot UL7, some difficulty opening mouth and swelling upper left cheek
- PMH fit and well non-smoker, no medication
- EO: patient pale apart from left cheek which is red and swollen slight difficulty opening but manages examination
- IO: soft tissues, nil obvious, red around UL7 region but no palpable swelling IO. All clear otherwise
