A
Decrease in BP when standing up after laying down or sitting
Systolic decrease by 20

Diastolic decrease by 10

Signs/symptoms
A
• dizziness
• falls
• fainting
• light headed
• blurred vision

1st line - non pharmacological management
A
• compression socks
• drink more water
• increase sodium

A
Fludrocortisone
