Prefusion:
• low perfusion = poorly absorbed SC and MI drugs
• IV is preferred

Cardiac output:
• love cardiac output = affected bioavailability

• dose adjustment need to be made due to renal/hepatic impairment
• to adjust doses use CrCl or LFT
