There are 5 status symbols.
1. X–Equipment deficiency. Equipment is in an

2. Circled X–Equipment deficiency. Equipment may be
operated under set limitation.
3. Horizontal dash (-)–Inspection or component
replacement has not been done.
4. Diagonal dash (/)–Equipment fault other than a
deficiency.
5. Last Name Initial–Vehicle in satisfactory condition or
fault corrected.
