Nasal flaring
Head bobbing
Seesaw respirations (upper airway)
Retratctions

A
Mild to moderate WOB
Subcostal, Substernal, Intercostal.
Severe WOB
Above retractions + supraclavicular , suprasternal, sternal.

What are upper airway sounds?
A
Stridor and snoring

A
Wheezing, crackles and grunting.
