What is the purpose of past performance evaluations in construction?
Evaluate contractor performance
Used for past performance evaluations in future competitions
When is Differing Site Conditions required?
Contracts that exceed SAT
What does Differing Site Conditions allow?
allows KTR to submit REA under site subsurface or latent conditions different from those specified or site conditions are both unknown and unusual in nature
When should you use the Site Vist clause?
with Differing Site Conditions and Site Investigations and conditions affecting the Work clauses are used
When do you use “USe and Possesion prior to Completion”
Required over SAT
What does Use of Possesion Prior to Completion allow?
Allows Gov to use a site before the contractor completes work and before the government accepts works. If impacted, the KTR has right to submit REA.
