7 criteria for an effort to be considered reman?

A
  1. Required to be completely or substaintially torn down into individual component parts
  2. Substantially all of the parts are re-worked, rehabilitated, altered, and or replaced
  3. Parts are reassembled to furnish a totally rebuilt item
  4. Manufacturing Processes similar to those used in the manufacturing of the item utlizied
  5. Disassembled components are comingled with existing inventory and lose their identification with respect to a particular item
  6. Item restored to its original life expectancy
  7. Work is performed in a facility owned or operated by the contractor
