neuropathic pain: use an antidepressant like amitryptiline or duloxetine or anticonvulsant for shooting pain: pregabalin

can you use APAP with warfarin?
yes its the doc but if used chronically can affect the INR
what is the MOA of NSAIDS?
they depelete prostaglandins by inhibitin COX-1/COX-2

CV risk: MI, stroke, thrombotic risk, GI bleed ulcer at high and chronic use
