A
  • Collaborative orthopaedic and geriatric management of older and frailer patients with fragility fractures
  • Fracture care
    • Preference for early surgery (48hrs)
  • Secondary prevention of fragility fractures (bone protection and falls assessment)
  • Prevention of other complications (functional decline, pneumonia, VTE, delirium etc.)
  • Rehab and complex discharge planning
  • Support and education for family and carers
