A
- Collaborative orthopaedic and geriatric management of older and frailer patients with fragility fractures
- Fracture care
- Preference for early surgery (48hrs)
- Secondary prevention of fragility fractures (bone protection and falls assessment)
- Prevention of other complications (functional decline, pneumonia, VTE, delirium etc.)
- Rehab and complex discharge planning
- Support and education for family and carers
