What are some red flags for non-accidental injury in paediatrics?
A
- Unusual fractures (bilateral long bones, multiple fractures, infant ribs, spirals in non-ambulatory)
- Burns
- Head injury
- Unusual bruising sites (e.g. not over bony prominences)
- Unexplained injury, discordant history, negative interaction between child and carer
