  • Methylpred ointment 3-5 nights
  • Hydrocortisone bd PRN following
  • Cool compresses QID
  • QV cream QID
  • Cool bleach/oil/salt bath daily
  • Wet dressings nocte
  • Wet clothing QID
  • Ongoing care (emollients, cool baths, avoid environmental triggers)
