We then check the WX, NOTAMS, WEIGHT and BALANCE, finally Check and approve OPERATIONAL FLT PLAN
Last chance then to check HAND CARRY ARTICLES
Show up and check the A/C + sign REQ FORMS,
Enter the flight deck and check the FUEL and OIL,
Check ALL DOCS and TOOLS onboard,
Then we CONDUCT CREW BRIEFING and
Assign CREW DUTIES and COMPOSITION
Check SAFETY OF LOADING, and
Conduct a JUMPSEAT BRIEFING
Before takeoff CONFIRM SAFETY BRIEF to PAX done

Mutually check the mental, physical and fatigue condition of all flight crew members and report the result to the ground personnel, operations.
Furthermore, based on the “Alcohol Check Implementation Procedures”, check the alcohol content in breath before the series of flights* shown in S-8-6 in this manual.
- "Series of flights" means consecutive flight (only when the interval between flights is within 2hrs on scheduled and/or actual operating time basis) such as being able to prepare for the next flight without leaving the aeroplane..

Check the latest weather data available as to the departure airport, destination airport, alternate airports and enroute with their forecasts included;

Check all NOTAMs pertaining to the airways or the airports concerned;
4 - WEIGHT and BALANCE

Check and ensure all up weight, center of gravity, the number of passengers, and loading distribution by means of Weight and Balance Data;

Check that the operational flight plan is prepared in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations and this Manual, and ensure the safety of the flight concerned. After confirming operational flight plan, he/she shall, with the concurrence of the flight dispatcher on duty, approve it;

Confirm the hand carry articles to be carried on board the airplane

Keep a person using the jump seat well informed of matters that demand special attention, such as action to be taken in case an emergency arises like hijacking, the use of an oxygen mask and a life vest etc.;
