INVESTIGATIONS INVOLVING HAZARDOUS DEVICES:
1. When a dangerous explosive device or s__ explosive device is located by on-scene officers, their supervisor and the Toledo Police Department Northwest Ohio Bomb Squad (NOBS) shall be notified.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INCIDENT COMMANDER (IC):
- The IC at the scene shall take whatever action is necessary for the protection of ___ in the area.
