INCIDENT-RELATED NOTIFICATION/TESTING:
Employees whose labor agreement allows for testing based on their involvement in an incident-related action (on-duty traffic accident, officer involved shooting, etc.) may be ordered to submit a urine sample to test for illegal drug usage if they are involved in a covered incident.
1. Covered incidents are outlined in the current __ __.

INTOXICATED EMPLOYEE OR SUSPECTED DRUG USE:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
