REVOCATION OF ARREST:
In any instance where an officer has arrested a person, either by warrant or on-view, and it is later determined that the person should be released without charges filed, the following procedures shall be followed:
A. A sworn supervisor shall be ___ to the scene. Patrol officers shall not release any detainee without first receiving ___ from a sworn supervisor. Should a detainee escape while in the custody of an officer, the officer shall immediately notify the ___ of the situation.
