COMMAND OFFICER/INCIDENT COMMANDER RESPONSIBILITIES: (Part 1)
- The sergeant responsible for the area shall immediately r__ to the scene.
- Upon arrival (unless involved in the initial entry), a Command officer shall e__ all circumstances, assume the duties of the __ __, and the overall c__ of the scene. The Incident Commander shall:

continued the Incident Commander shall:
* Whenever practical, evacuate occupants of the affected r__ or f__, as well as adjoining s__, as deemed necessary.

* Request that dispatch establish a t__ c__ on one of the OPS Talkgroups for the incident.
* Ensure that an officer is assigned the duty of maintaining a c__ l__ of actions and assignments.

After the Incident, the Incident Commander shall ensure that:
