Adult Dose

A

Hypertensive emergency / angina: Infusion 5 mcg/min IV, titrate up in 5 mcg/min increments every 5 minutes to a MAP reduction of 10% from baseline.

Pulmonary edema: Infusion 5 mcg/min IV.

A

Recent use of sildenafil (Viagra) or vardenafil (Levitra), constrictive pericarditis, pericardial tamponade, restrictive cardiomyopathy, hypotension.
