Adult Dose

A

Vfib / pulseless V tach: Loading dose 1-1.5 mg/kg IV or IO. If arrhythmia continues, repeat dose once in 10 minutes.
Follow with a infusion, 2 mg/min IV.
Ventricular Arrhythmia: Loading dose 1 mg/kg IV over 2-3 minutes then may repeat after 10 minutes.
Follow with a infusion, 2 mg/min IV.

Side effects

A

CNS: Dizziness, numbness, shivering, somnolence, seizure, malignant hyperthermia.
