Pinpoint (para fine, sympa destroyed)

Coma nystagmus
Slow deviation, no nystagmus (no frontal lobe)
COWS
Opposite for comatose (mnemonic is for nystagmus, not deviation)
Shotgun Tx for ER coma
Glucose, Thiamine, Naloxone
