-When light is swung to affected eye, dilation is seen (less constriction)
Facial Palsy
LMN injury will be entire side of face, UMN injury (MS) will spare forehead

At least 2 lesions separated by time and space, based on pt history
McDonald criteria Dx
MRI, one lesion
