-no opening in back but some vertebrae missing

Open
Repaired surgically within 2days of birth or antenatally
Closed
Surgically treated if symptomatic

Presentation
A
Loss of bladder, bowel control
Sensation, motor loss in legs
Weak hips, legs, feet
Sacral hair
