LIMB: Strained middle toe, cramping of the lower leg, spasmodic twitching and hardness of the muscles of the foot, spasm of the thigh
TRUNK & FACE: swelling of the anterior inguinal region, Shan (hernia) disorder, abdominal sinew spasm that extends to the ST12 (SCF), region and cheek, sudden deviation of the mouth
EYE: Cold: inability to close the eye /Heat: laxity of the sinews and the eye cannot be opened
DEVIATION: Cold: tense and pull the cheek— deviated mouth / Heat: sinew —deviated mouth

NECK & HEAD: Pain of t he scapula that reaches the neck, tinnitus, pain of the ear that may reach the submandibular region, a need to close the eyes for a long period of time before being able to see clearly, tension of the neck sinews that leads to sinew atrophy and swelling of the neck

LIMB: Strained and cramping of the fourth toe leading to cramping of the lateral aspect of the knee, inability to extend and bend the knee, spasm of the popliteal region, spasm of the upper thigh (front)
TRUNK: spasm of the sacrum (back), radiating to the lateral costal region and the area below the lateral costal region, spasm of the SCF, the sides of the neck and the neck
HEAD: If one looks to the right, then the right eye will not open and vice versa
