Q

How is a motor programme activated?

A

By just one command from the brain. This means that we have the ability to perform quite complex actions when there is little time to think.

Q

What is a close loop control?

A

If there is time for feedback to be incorporated into an action. Adam’s close loop theory says that to learn a movement a motor programme consisting of two states of memory, memory trace and perceptual trace, experiences, is required
